Within the context of ensuring the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff amidst the SARS-COV 2 (COVID-19) crisis we would like to inform you that Villa Ilias Caldera hotel adheres to the guidelines set by the National Health Organization and the WHO. Along with the Government directions we successfully incorporated the new guidelines and protocols during the summer of 2020.
For 2021 we will continue on the same path having the health and wellbeing of our guests and crew as our priority. The changes in our operation and policies include the followings:
Cancellation policy: In the event of a forced cancellation due to the complications of the pandemic, the cancellation policy will not be enforced.
Reception-concierge: We follow a flexible “opening hours” schedule in order to apply social distancing. To be successful on that, it is important that you inform us about your arrival and departure times well in advance.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-out is at 11.00 am and check-in at 15.00.
Housekeeping: Related protocols are revised and become more rigorous. Daily service is performed upon guests’ demand and linen cleaning is performed on our facilities in order to ensure maximum standards.
New cleaning protocols: We consult a temperature scanner in order to identify possible cases of COVID-19. We perform cleaning and disinfection in all public spaces with increased frequency; Hand sanitizers have been placed at all areas and team facilities. We will provide surgical masks and gloves to guests and staff according to the new guidelines. Designated signage at all public areas, notifying guests of keeping social distance, wearing masks and about the availability of hand sanitizers.
Breakfast: Our delicious home prepared breakfast will be prepared and served for you on a pre-set time and following your choices and guidelines.
Pool: Pool hours will be from 10.00 am to 19.00 and Yamas bar opening hours will also be adapted.
