My family name ‘Damigos’ has been a part of Santorini for over a century. I was born and raised here and I have a true passion for the Island’s beauty and like nothing more than to share it with others. When you choose our hotel as your holiday destination, you are sharing in my heritage; Villa Ilias is the former residence of one of my ancestors, George Ilias Damigos. He must have been a very smart man because this particular location really does provide the most breath-taking of views. This is only made possible because it is perched 1,000 feet above the Aegean Sea.
More than a great location though, what truly distinguishes Villa Ilias from other hotels is our desire to see our guests as friends; friends who we would love to share a truly Greek experience with. Our range of rooms is suitable for two, three or four people depending upon your requirements. If you are looking for something that little bit special, then we recommend staying at our new rooftop suite which features a private jacuzzi and a panoramic view of the island like no other. Our location will put you within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants and boutique shops. Of course if you prefer, you can just remain by the pool and take advantage of our newly opened pool bar, ‘Yamas’. Here you will find a wide selection of tempting drinks and snacks including our competitively priced brunch menu.
