As your arrival to Santorini approaches, here at Villa Ilias we are ready to welcome and accommodate you for your unique Greek Experience.
Within the context of the new reality that the “Covid=19” pandemic has obliged us to operate; we have revised the protocols of our daily procedures that deal with all aspects of your stay, from your transfer from the port/airport to the villa, to the check-in, daily cleaning, breakfast, usage of the pool, etc. The revision is made in accordance with the new laws that Greek legislators introduced in order to ensure the public health and safe operation.
Following this evolution, we would like to let you know of the following:
Each resident is required to submit a check-in registration form at least 24 hours before she arrives following this link. You will be asked to present the unique code that will be given to you once the process is complete.
Our delicious home-prepared breakfast will be prepared with the same love and care but it will be served on a new way: Till now we used to offer it in a buffet manner but now the Covid-19 reality obliged us to find a new way that ensures the safety and the high standards of quality: It involves the pre-ordering of your breakfast on a-la-carte menu and the reservation of a time-slot between 08.00 am and 11.00 am when the breakfast will be served. There will be three time slots: 8am- 9am, 9am-10am, 10am-11am and specific available seats in order to avoid crowding. Our residents are required to submit their order electronically the day before breakfast day. To do so follow this link.
