SECURING YOUR RESERVATION
In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit from you as follows:
Bookings on a partially-refundable rate: One night cost of stay upon completion of the booking. For reservations with a cumulative length of stay of more than 4 nights a 35% of the total cost is required as a deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your booking, please note the following:
Partially refundable rates:
For reservations with a length of stay of up to 4 nights and for the event of a cancellation or modification 48 hours after the reservation is made and more than one month before the arrival day, guests will incur a cancellation fee of equivalent value to the first night stay.
For reservations with a length of stay of more than 4 nights and for the event of a cancellation or modification 48 hours after the reservation is made and more than one month before the arrival day, guests will incur a cancellation fee of equivalent value to the 35% of the total cost.
For cancellations, alterations within the last month before arrival an extra 50% fee will apply on the amount that results as a reduction or loss out of this reservation’s change or cancellation.
The actual version of “Terms and Conditions” is effective for reservations made after the 29th of August 2022.
